Foundation & Vision
Plastrone India was established in Mumbai with a clear vision: to introduce high-performance, durable, and corrosion-resistant composite materials (FRP/GRP) to Indian heavy industry and infrastructure projects.
AAI Certification & Frangibility Landmark
Achieved the prestigious Airports Authority of India (AAI) approval for our FRP/GRP Frangible Shelters. This marked our entry into critical aviation infrastructure safety and set new benchmarks for domestic production under Make in India.
Product Expansion: PUF/PIR Panel Systems
Launched a highly automated, advanced manufacturing line for PUF/PIR Insulated Panels. This allowed us to cater to industrial cold storage, cleanrooms, and modular pre-engineered buildings nationwide.
Pan-India Footprint (20+ Airports)
Successfully deployed solutions across 20+ prominent Indian airports (including Chennai, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Dehradun, Patna, and Guwahati) and major scientific institutions like IIT Kanpur.
